What's included with every inspection?

A home inspection is a visual examination of the physical condition of a home or building.  As a Certified Licensed Professional Inspector trained by CanNACHI, I will provide my clients with an unbiased and accurate assessment of the condition of the interior and exterior of their home which will include the following:

  • Foundation

  • Basement

  • Attic (ventilation and Insulation)

  • Roof

  • Heating and Ventilation Systems

  • Electrical Systems

  • Plumbing Systems

  • Floors, Walls and Ceilings

  • Windows and Doors

  • Interior (including appliances)

  • Porch/Decks

  • Attached and Detached Garages

  • Sheds

I will make note of any repairs that are required, general maintenance issues and identify any safety concerns that need to be addressed. I encourage you to attend your inspection to see and learn first-hand the inspection process.  It's a great opportunity for you to learn about your home and to ask me any questions you may have along the way.

All of my inspections include the use of a FLIR Thermal Imaging Camera with actual photos of the home included in an easy to read detailed electronic report, which will be emailed to you within 24 hours of conducting the inspection.  I will review the report with you on site and make sure you understand what is written within it and answer any questions that you may have.
