Service Description

Thermal imaging is a non-invasive method of seeing what might be going on behind your walls. The FLIR thermal imaging camera doesn't pick up moisture readings or cast an x-ray image. What it does is it picks up temperature differences as little as .6 of a degree. As an experienced Home Inspector trained on interpreting the information the camera provides me, I am able to see things like missing insulation, water intrusion and electrical overloads. A FLIR Thermal Imaging Inspection starts at $250 up to 2000 sqft ($50 per 300 sqft additional).
